I was completely new to buying a house and I came into a situation where I had to buy a family member out of a house we inherited. Riley was instrumental in getting me the pre approval I needed to even make the deal possible. We went through a very lengthy probate process and Riley always checked in to see how things were moving along and to answer any questions I may have had. Once the probate was done Riley secured me one of the best mortgages I believe possible for my situation. Riley is always super friendly and very professional.
