Absolutely Love this guy!! Professional, honorable, knowledgable, patient, pleasant, efficient, comprehensive and has a huge heart!! I would literally give him 6/5 stars if I could because he goes the extra mile and walks with you step by step, hand in hand. He is also a frontline hero as a fire fighter!!
