I was in the process of renewing my mortgage with RBC. I’ve always just gone to the bank for my mortgages/ renewals because I didn’t really understand the process of using a broker. I was passed off to four different mortgage specialists and had to re-submit documents multiple times over a 5 months span with RBC. Because of this, I ended up switching over to Riley for help and he was nothing less than exceptional. Very organized and was responsive outside the 9-5 business hour window.
